On Boyer Brush Orders
Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all the accessories, tags, and labels intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info[at]boyerbrush[dot]ca with your order details and reason for return. We will then provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will process it, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info[at]boyerbrush[dot]ca

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info[at]boyerbrush[dot]ca!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info[at]boyerbrush[dot]ca with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info[at]boyerbrush[dot]ca within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
