Shipping Policy<\/h2>\n

On Boyer Brush Orders<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. We also ship to the United States and internationally at an additional cost. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer.<\/p>\n

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.<\/p>\n

On Printful Orders<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

When will I get my order?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Usually, it takes 3\u20137 days to fulfill an order, after which it\u2019s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

\u25cf Europe: 6\u20138 business days
\u25cf Australia: 2\u201314 business days
\u25cf Japan: 4\u20138 business days
\u25cf International: 10\u201320 business days<\/p>\n

Where will my order ship from?<\/strong>
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!<\/p>\n

Will I be charged customs for my order?<\/strong>
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.<\/p>\n

My order should be here by now, but I still don\u2019t have it. What should I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
\u25cf Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
\u25cf Ask your local post office if they have your package
\u25cf Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them<\/p>\n


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn\u2019t left at the post office or at your
neighbor\u2019s, get in touch with us at info[at]boyerbrush[dot]ca with your order number.<\/p>\n

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.<\/p>\n

Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n

How are your products made?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on
where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!<\/p>\n

How do I track my order?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about

I received a wrong\/damaged product, what should I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at [insert your support email here] within a weeks\u2019 time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.<\/p>\n
