Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to every purchase made on boyerbrush.ca. By placing an order you accept them; please read them together with our Shipping Policy, our Return Policy and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law.

1. The seller

2. Products and prices

All prices on this website are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude sales taxes; orders placed on this website are delivered in Canada only (section 3). In the United States, the Boyer Brush and Boyer Mini are available from our US retailers and on Amazon.com, at their prices, in US dollars. GST/HST and QST or provincial sales tax are calculated according to your delivery address and shown before you confirm your order. Prices and availability may change without notice, but the price displayed when you place your order is the price you pay. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order at no cost.

Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; minor variations in colour or finish may occur.

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship within Canada only. Shipping is free on orders of $45 or more; below that amount, a flat rate of $14.99 applies and is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are shipped by a tracked carrier and you receive the tracking number by e-mail as soon as the parcel leaves. Orders usually ship the same day or the next, Saturdays included; delivery time then depends on the carrier and your location.

Delivery times are estimates. If your order is late, contact us through our contact form and we will follow up with you.

4. Ordering and confirmation

Your order is placed when you click the payment button at checkout. We then send you an order confirmation by e-mail; this e-mail, together with these terms, is your copy of the contract, so keep it for your records. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example a product is out of stock), we will tell you promptly and refund any amount already paid.

Payments are handled by our payment processors. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You are charged when the order is placed.

5. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it ships by writing to us. Once shipped, you may return an unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded and return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake. Defective or damaged products are handled as described in our Return Policy.

6. Defects and normal wear

The stainless-steel springs wear gradually with use, and a spring can bend over time; this is normal wear, not a defect. If your product arrives damaged or shows a defect, contact us through our contact form with your order number and photos, and we will repair, replace or refund it. Details are in our Return Policy.

7. Responsible use

The Boyer Brush and the Boyer Mini are designed for cleaning standard bar grates on barbecue grills. Follow the instructions on the packaging and on our How To Use page.

8. Applicable law

These terms and every purchase made on boyerbrush.ca are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
